It is with much sadness I inform you of the passing of our long time friend and neighbor, Janie Oates. She was in the hospital being treated for COVID and had a heart attack early Christmas morning. We know she fought long and hard with other medical issues in the past. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed.

One of Janie’s 3 daughters, Linda and her husband, are staying in Janie’s home at 17414 Ficus Ct. They are in quarantine and therefore not receiving any visitors for everyone’s safety.

Janie’s little dog, Daisy, 8 years old, and her cat, Maggie, 6 years old, need to find a loving family to adopt them and make them part of their family. They can go to 2 different homes. We know there are dog lovers, and there are cat lovers so try to think of someone who would love to adopt Daisy or Maggie and become part of their family. There are no plans for a memorial or funeral service locally.
