All Residents of Cypresswood Place:

In order for our neighborhood to maintain a good overall appearance, all yards need to be cleaned up on a REGULAR basis.

While Hahn’s takes care of our mowing, it is up to each individual homeowner to ensure their landscaping and flower beds are well maintained. This includes pulling weeds, keeping bushes trimmed, filling in bare spots, and removing and replacing anything that is dead. Also adding a fresh layer of mulch or compost helps with weed control.

A recent inspection of our neighborhood found several homes with yards in need of some maintenance. Please take a close look at your front yard and have any needed work done before the end of the month. Our next inspection will be October 1st.

Please keep in mind, curb appeal and first impressions are important and your individual landscaping plays a very significant role in how our small community is perceived. Poor landscaping, dead grass, and unhealthy shrubs can send a bad signal and have a very negative impact on everyone’s property values.
