Ref: Front Yard Maintenance
In order for our neighborhood to maintain a good overall appearance,
all yards need to be cleaned up and maintained on a regular basis throughout the year. This is required maintenance for every
homeowner per our Deed Restrictions.
Poor landscaping, dead grass, and unhealthy shrubs can send a bad
signal and plays a significant role in how our small community is
perceived. In addition, unkept yards have a very negative impact not
only on your own property values but those of the entire neighborhood.
With warmer weather right around the corner, now is the time to take a good look at your front yard and take the needed steps to ensure it is free of weeds, any dead bushes are removed and replaced, dead tree limbs cut off, etc. You might also want to consider adding a layer of mulch or compost. This will not only beautify your beds but will help keep weeds under control.
Our most recent neighborhood inspection found several homes with yards in need of some maintenance. However, the Board always tries to give everyone ample opportunity to correct any violations
Therefore, in order to avoid formal notices and fines, please … have any needed/required work done by the end of April.
Our next inspection will be May 1st.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
