There is a Special Meeting of the Owners this September 16, 2014 at 7:00PM. This meeting will be held at the Harris County WCID 132 Water Plant Office, 4107 Evening Trail, Spring, TX 77388.

We will have a special guest, Captain Coons, Commander, District One, Patrol Bureau of the Harris County Sherrif’s office, who will be discussing the traffic studies performed in the areas, and having a Q&A with our Owners.

We will be completing the vote on the proposed changes to our governing documents. Please vote in advance, electronically (http://cypresswoodplace.com/cia/voting/), or by paper ballot. You may also provide a “proxy” to another Owner to vote on your behalf. Or…attend this special meeting and vote in person. This vote requires two-thirds approval, so EVERY vote counts!! (Paper ballots and proxies have been mailed to anyone who has not already voted.)
