Cypesswood Community Association/Board of Directors of Cypresswood Subdivision (the adjacent neighborhood to ours) has extended to the residents of Cypresswood Place, the opportunity to purchase a membership to use their facilities. This includes two swimming pools (East and West), tennis courts, clubhouse rentals, playgrounds, current activities, July 4th social, and future holiday socials. Rentals are handled in the clubhouse.
The CCA yearly membership is $484.50. The yearly rate is being prorated to $242.25 covering July-December 2015 to accommodate the residents of Cypresswood Place.
To sign up you will need to go to the Clubhouse at 3705 Cypresswood Dr. Upon payment you will be given a pass. Pool passes will be created through e-mail. The instructions are included as an attached Word Document.
Homeowners, their children and grandchildren will be allowed passes. Each pass holder gets 1 guest free each visit.
Pool passes will NOT be made until after the July 4th celebration, however, you are invited to enjoy the activities at the July 4th celebration. An announcement will be posted separately, listing all of the activities.
The 2015 July-December checks will be payable to CCA (Cypresswood Community Association).
