Updates to our Governing Documents Approved!

At the special Owners meeting held on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, with a total of thiry-nine (39) Owners represented by Electronic or Absentee Ballot, or in person at the meeting, thirty-eight votes were cast to approve, and one vote was cast to disapprove. Having met the required quorum of 2/3rds of our Owners, and with thrity-eight votes to approve, the motion to amend our governing documents has passed.

The documents will be filed with the county clerk’s office prior to the next Board meeting in October.

The Board thanks all of those that worked very hard to complete this task over the last three and a half years, and to each and every Owner that participated by providing feedback, suggestions and voting.
