After the August 2012 Board Meeting, I noticed a small problem with some of the meeting minutes I’d recorded after becoming Secretary. I held off posting the minutes until I could correct them. Unfortunately, I never returned to the task, and without noticing, fell VERY behind on posting the minutes from there forward.
Thankfully, in November, this oversight was noticed and mentioned by one of our Owners. Due to the Holidays, it took me a bit longer to post them (particularly, after realizing how far behind I’d let it get.) All of the meeting minutes have now been posted, and are available under “The Board” section of our website.
Going forward, we’ll return to the process of posting the meeting minutes after they have been approved at a subsequent meeting. Also, when the new Community Website launches later this year, they will be better organized, and made available on the site’s “Documents” section, where they’ll be easier to find and navigate.
